Ravallusion Academy

Ravallusion Training Academy LLP operates the online business-workshop website ravallusionacademy.com as Ravallusion Academy.

Effective date: 20 October 2026.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Ravallusion Training Academy LLP (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By registering, enrolling, making payment, or accessing any workshop or workshop material on ravallusionacademy.com, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Offered

Ravallusion Academy provides live online business and startup workshops and associated preparatory learning materials. The published workshop listing describes the session, duration, language and materials included. Only published sessions are available to book.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time.

Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 16 years old on the date of the session.
  • A participant aged 16 or 17 must be booked by, or with the consent of, a parent or lawful guardian, who accepts these Terms on the participant's behalf.
  • Participants must provide accurate registration details.
  • Use of false identity may lead to termination without refund.

Registration & Payments

The workshop fee is shown in INR on the booking page, and the amount and currency payable are displayed again before payment. Full payment must be made before attending the workshop.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment verification. A pending or failed payment does not confirm a seat.

Payments are non-transferable.

Updated pricing applies only to future bookings; the price of a confirmed booking does not change.

Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling

All workshop fees for a confirmed seat are final and non-refundable. The only exception is a payment that could not be given a seat, which is refunded in full automatically. Please read the Refund Policy before paying.

You may reschedule through My booking at least 24 hours before your booked session starts, subject to availability in another published session. Rescheduling is unavailable within 24 hours of the booked start time.

Cancelling releases your seat and ends access to that session. Cancellation does not generate a refund.

If you do not join a confirmed session, the seat is not carried over to another date and the fee is not refunded.

Sessions Changed by the Academy

If the Academy cannot hold a scheduled session, we will tell you by email as soon as we know and move your booking, at no extra cost, to another published date that you choose. The booking keeps the amount it was paid at.

Session times are shown in Indian Standard Time (IST). A presenting mentor may change; the workshop topic and duration stay as published.

Session Recordings

The Academy may record a live session for quality review and for teaching material. The host announces a recording when it starts, and participants may keep their camera and microphone off.

Recordings belong to Ravallusion Training Academy LLP. A recording that shows or identifies a participant is not published outside the Academy without that participant's separate permission.

Participants may not record, photograph or capture a session themselves without written permission.

Certificates

A certificate is issued only when the workshop listing states that one is included. Attendance alone does not create a certificate entitlement.

Intellectual Property Rights

Workshop content, worksheets, slides and session material prepared by the Academy or by mentors for the Academy, and the Academy’s branding and logos, are the property of Ravallusion Training Academy LLP. Any identified third-party materials remain the property of their respective rightsholders. Access is for the registered participant’s personal learning.

Strictly prohibited:

  • Screen recording without permission
  • Redistribution or resale of workshop materials
  • Sharing booking access or meeting credentials
  • Uploading workshop materials publicly

Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain respectful behavior, avoid harassment or abuse, not disrupt sessions and not use offensive language. Violation may result in removal without refund.

Results & Income Disclaimer

Ravallusion Academy provides business training.

We do NOT guarantee:

  • Business success
  • Revenue or customers
  • Funding or investment

Income results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and skill application.

Limitation of Liability

Ravallusion shall not be liable for:

  • Personal business losses
  • Technical interruptions
  • Device compatibility issues
  • Third-party platform failures

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the workshop.

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, video hosting, communication tools).

We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

Privacy & Communication

We collect information to manage registration, payment, workshop access and related support. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Necessary booking and service communication is separate from optional promotional communication. WhatsApp workshop updates require your optional consent; you may withdraw that preference. We do not enroll you in promotional messages merely because you book a workshop.

Participant Work & Media

Booking a workshop does not grant permission to use your work, testimonial, photograph or recording for marketing. We request separate permission before such use.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payment disputes occur
  • Misconduct is observed

No refund will be provided in such cases.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in:

Vijayawada Jurisdiction, Andhra Pradesh, India

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Internet failures
  • Pandemic-related disruptions

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
