Online Workshop Delivery

Workshops purchased on ravallusionacademy.com are delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.

Effective date: 20 October 2026.

A booking is confirmed after successful payment verification. Your booking page identifies the selected session and its scheduled start time in Indian Standard Time (IST).

Your booking page provides access to available preparatory material and the Join or Rejoin action for the session. Materials and attendance access are associated with your confirmed booking.

Booking information and service updates use the contact details provided during registration. Optional WhatsApp updates require consent. Keep those details accurate and contact support if you cannot retrieve your booking.

Attendance

You need a suitable internet connection and a device capable of joining the online session. Joining details are for the registered participant and must not be shared.

Preparatory materials do not replace the live session. Cancellation ends access to the booked session.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule through My booking at least 24 hours before your booked session starts, subject to availability in another published session. Rescheduling is unavailable within 24 hours of the booked start time.
