Payment Information
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store full credit/debit card details on our servers.

Communication Preferences
Necessary booking and service emails are separate from marketing. Optional WhatsApp workshop updates require your consent, which can be withdrawn through your booking preferences or by contacting us.
Submitting interest in future dates authorizes a response about those dates; it does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated promotions. Promotional communication requires separate consent.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share only information needed to provide the service with the relevant hosting, payment, online meeting and communication providers, or with authorities where required by law.

Booking does not authorize use of your work, testimonials, photographs or recordings for marketing. We request separate permission before such use.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the workshop and support, manage bookings, maintain financial records and meet applicable legal requirements. Payment and booking records are kept for the period tax and accounting law requires. Session recordings are kept only while they serve the purpose stated in the Terms.
Basis for Processing
We process personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: to perform the booking you ask for, with your consent for optional WhatsApp updates and promotional messages, and where the law requires us to keep records.
Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:
- Obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed
- Have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected or completed
- Have your personal data erased once it is no longer needed for the booking or required by law
- Withdraw any consent you gave, as easily as you gave it; withdrawal does not affect processing already done
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights in case of death or incapacity
- Raise a grievance with us and, if it is not resolved, complain to the Data Protection Board of India
