Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ravallusion Academy

This policy applies to workshop bookings on ravallusionacademy.com, operated by Ravallusion Training Academy LLP.

Effective date: 20 October 2026.

No Refund Policy for Confirmed Seats

All payments made to Ravallusion Training Academy LLP for a confirmed workshop seat on this website are final and non-refundable.

By completing payment, you expressly agree that:

  • Fees paid for a confirmed seat will not be refunded under any circumstances other than the one stated under Payments Without a Seat.
  • No refunds will be provided for partial attendance or non-attendance.
  • No refunds will be provided for change of mind.
  • No refunds will be provided due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or lack of time.
  • No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction based on individual expectations.
  • No refunds will be provided due to technical issues on the participant’s device or internet connection.

Live Workshops

Registration fees are non-refundable. Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund.

If the Academy cannot hold a scheduled session, your booking moves, at no extra cost, to another published date that you choose; we tell you by email as soon as we know.

You may reschedule through My booking at least 24 hours before your booked session starts, subject to availability in another published session. Rescheduling is unavailable within 24 hours of the booked start time.

Cancelling releases your seat and ends access to that session. Cancellation does not generate a refund.

Workshop Materials

Preparatory materials are provided in connection with the booked workshop. Delivery of preparatory materials is separate from attendance at the scheduled live session. The no-refund policy applies to the booking.

Payments Without a Seat

If a payment is received but a seat cannot be given, because the session filled or started before the payment completed, or because a second payment was made for the same booking, that payment does not confirm a seat and its full amount is refunded automatically to the original payment method. The time for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

Apart from Payments Without a Seat, Ravallusion does not issue refunds, including for duplicate or erroneous charges. Participants must report any suspected duplicate or erroneous charge to their bank or payment provider for investigation under the provider’s applicable rules.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Ravallusion may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of workshop access
  • Refusal of future bookings
  • Legal action in cases of fraudulent claims
